- Founded Unisem (www.unisemholdings.com) in 2009.
- Prior to founding Unisem, Unnikrishnan was the regional head for Singapore based Ultro Technologies & has handled lines like Freescale, Onsemi, Fairchild catering to segments like Power, telecom, telematics, defense & space.
- Partnered with Singapore based UPC Technologies & set up their pan India operations. Managed the business till UPC was acquired by Serial microsystems,
- An Industry veteran, Unnikrishnan is passionate about promoting & mentoring India’s fast growing startup revolution in the ESDM space.
- An avid wildlife enthusiast & traveler, Unnikrishnan in his spare time travels widely visiting nature reserves across the country with his family.
- Experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the ESDM sector

SANJEEV KESKAR
(Partner & Director)
- Sanjeev Keskar is Chief Executive Officer of Arvind Consultancy. Has 35 years of experience, out of which about 29 years in semiconductor industry. Mr. Keskar is "Chief Mentor” of STPI IOT Open Lab at Electronics City, Bangalore.
- Mr. Keskar is also first President and Founding Member of CIMEI (Confederation of Indian MSME in ESDM and IT). He was also elected Chairman of IESA (India Electronics and Semiconductor Association) for year 2013-14.
- Mr. Keskar’s vast experience includes multiple leading roles including Managing Director India at Arrow Electronics, where he contributed to more than 2X growth of revenue. Other roles include Managing Director Sales at PMC-Sierra, Country Manager, Sales, at Freescale Semiconductor from 2005 to 2009, and Country Manager, India, for AMD Far East Ltd. from 2001 to 2005
- Mr. Keskar received a Master’s degree in Management Science in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Technology, from Pune University.
- Mr. Keskar joins as partner and director and shall be guiding the business development strategy for Kues Innovations across multiple channels

- A founding member of Unisem, an Electronics engineer has more than 12 years of Semiconductor industry experience in managing International and domestic suppliers /manufacturers.
- Expertise in end to end supply chain management including forecasting, sourcing, purchase , and logistics management
- Experience in managing USD sales from overseas office and INR sales from Indian office.
- Eliyas handles some key accounts and supervises large multimillion accounts.
SIJEO PHILIP
(Director - Design & Development)
- Sijeo specializes in Electronic Product Design (Embedded C, VHDL, Proteus, Matlab); is the architect of the redesign of the Scania ECU (engine control unit) for the Indian army and has some innovative designs to his credit.
- He has collaborated on projects with VSSC (Vikramsarabhai space centre) & done numerous designs in the Power & telematics segment.
- Prior to working with Unisem, Sijeo has had stints with WPG & Avnet in the role of Field application engineer.
- Strong product management professional with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) and MSc in Electronic Product Design from University of South Wales
- Responsible for Hardware Architecture of IOT Edge systems mainly with cellular Connectivity, Currently working on Nordic Semiconductor based BLE based system as well.. Good Experience with Cortex M based MCUs including the latest cortex M23 core i.e. ARM v8, Good with C Programming and also has fair exposure to Python programming language, currently pursuing Embedded Linux as well

- A hardcore sales & marketing professional with about 3 decades of hands on field experience with varied products as retail/industrial weighing systems , Telematics , Connectivity solutions.
- Prior stints at Sansui Electronics for close to 2 decades establishing & maintaining their pan India distributor network then as Director at Itriangle Infotech, India’s leading Telematics solution provider .
- At Unisem he is responsible for charting strategies, customer acquisitions & overall business numbers & team management
